Groundhouse Coffee

I loved everything about this coffeehouse when I came in. It had such a hometown atmosphere. ♥️ The cashier was friendly. It’s bigger on the inside than you think. We had a nonprofit business meeting so we just had coffee but everything looked so appetizing, I vowed to return and soak up the atmosphere.

We were excited to try Ground House Coffee, but the experience was disappointing. They were out of several menu items, which is understandable. However, the way it was communicated was extremely off-putting. The cashier was rude, avoided eye contact, didn’t apologize, and made us feel like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. We even mentioned the experience to another employee, but it was brushed off rather than acknowledged. A little kindness and accountability go a long way in customer service. Sadly, we won’t be rushing back.

Of all the coffees I've had at many famous coffee shops, this is the best. This place has coffee that tastes different from other places and unique. The taste of the coffee, bread, and atmosphere are all very impressive. I'm tired of the coffee I drink at traditional coffee shops because it's bland and sweet. Nuttier the better and Kissing cow are the best. It was nice to be able to have coffee that I couldn't taste anywhere else. One thing I like is that the standard tallest size contains 4 shots. Thank you for your business.

This place is awesome. I arrived right after riding my bike 10 miles from home and they had bike racks available right outside. The food was amazing and had a great tie to the holidays that are right around the corner. It was very easy to walk in and order and the vibes were absolutely amazing. I will be going back soon! Also this place being in such a cute small town is such a blessing.

I visited Groundhouse for the first time last weekend in search of a place to relax and read a book. I enjoyed some hot tea, and the staff were hospitable. Will be going back when I get a chance to try more of their tea and coffee and enjoy the atmosphere. They also have gluten-free baked goods available :)
