Crema's Take

This hidden gem tucked in Garden Grove serves an authentic slice of Yemen through carefully crafted traditional beverages like aromatic karak tea and their signature yemen milk coffee, paired with homemade pastries and desserts that rival specialty bakeries. The warm, hospitable staff and inviting atmosphere make it the kind of place where you'll happily linger over a pistachio latte or Dubai cheesecake, even if you only stopped by by accident. I actually came to check out the bakery next door but ended up stopping by this café instead — and I’m so glad I did! What a pleasant surprise. I ordered the pistachio latte and absolutely loved it. It was so flavorful, perfectly balanced, and honestly one of the best I’ve had. It wasn’t too busy when I visited, which made it even better because I could really enjoy the calm, cozy vibe. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to! ☕

Nice place with a touch of traditional teas and desserts, wait time is 15-20 minutes, but sweets were good tasting. Tried yemen milk coffee, interesting mixed spices taste not so strong. Also the Pistachio cake was super soft with average sweetness.

10/10 would highly recommend! The karak tea was aromatic and fresh, spiced with cardamom and saffron. The Dubai cheesecake was creamy without being overly sweet. And it was homemade! A wonderful experience.

We came after dinner to have dessert. We had a pot of Karak Tea, a Saffron cake, and a Dubai chocolate cheesecake. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff was very friendly and attentive. Shout out to Manar and Muhammad for making our stay here very enjoyable!
