“Caffe Vita's massive ground-floor space in Smith Tower is a rare find in Seattle—a specialty coffee roastery that actually welcomes you to linger for hours with genuinely friendly baristas and plenty of seating. The espresso work here is precise and nuanced, pulling shots with complex fruit notes that justify the high bar set by regular customers, and their cortados and cappuccinos are consistently excellent. If you want excellent, approachable specialty coffee in a beautiful, unhurried setting where you won't feel rushed, this is worth the trip.”

Espresso-focused, with a pour-over program. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast and pastries on the menu.
