Crema's Take

COFAX's breakfast burritos are legitimately excellent—crispy, generously filled, and executed with care that most coffee shops don't bother with—though the coffee itself is solid but unremarkable, so come hungry rather than expecting specialty espresso. The tiny 20-seat space has the warm, lived-in feel of a neighborhood spot where people linger over breakfast rather than power through caffeine, which makes it perfect if you want to slow down but not ideal if you're just grabbing a quick coffee.

What to expect

Strong matcha and tea selection, good cold brew. Quick-grab spot. Full breakfast and light food on the menu.

I agree with what others have said. The bacon burrito was too oily. But I thought the pastrami burrito was great. I think they’d benefit from some different sauces, like crema sauces. the portions were decent!

I've only ever gotten delivery so I can't rate on the atmosphere or the service but they make the best breakfast burritos I've ever had in my life. The bacon was always my favorite, they fill it to the brim with crispy bacon, but I just recently tried the pastrami and it slaps…

Unfortunately, sorta mid. Visually, the salsas and the burrito itself looks accurate. The tortilla is grilled and slightly transparent. The salsas look fresh and well blended. I got the bacon and the pastrami. The bacon one had tater tots that were overly soggy and oily, making…
