FINALLY, A place that sells boba in downtown area! There's a lot of options for pastries and chocolate (though it looks like someone bought most of them before I came in). The boba had actual tapioca balls, not that subpar crystal jelly shit. The matcha was floral without tasting like I stuffed a mouthful of flowers in my mouth. Delicious! Half the tapioca was undercooked though, with a chalky texture when I bit into them. They weren't completely hard though, so I didn't mind it. 100% coming back here, too convenient now that I don't have to go to the mall for boba. Cannot wait to try the carrot cake.

Great fresh ground coffee, ny style bagels, and carrot cake.

Excellent coffee with rich, smooth flavor and clearly high-quality beans. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is friendly. I also tried the biscotti, which the owner said are made on the premises, and they were a great complement to the coffee. Definitely a place I’d come back to.

Very nice place and super nice staff. Gave my son a little ice cream just to be nice and the bagel and coffee we had were great!
