Uncle Fluffy

I like their matcha vanilla latte and pistachio cheese tart. The original cheesecake was so-so for that price. Ice vanilla latte was alright, can find better elsewhere.

After seeing this spot pop up on my Instagram feed, I knew we had to visit we’ve been on a mission to find the perfect fluffy Japanese cake. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the clean, minimalist aesthetic and the spacious layout. There is plenty of seating available, making it a comfortable spot to linger. We tried the Japanese Cheesecake, and it exceeded expectations; it was incredibly light, airy, and maintained a perfect level of moisture. If you’re looking for a high-quality, quick sweet treat, I highly recommend stopping by.

The girl was super friendly and gave us a rundown of all the flavors and things they have, she offered us samples and omg it was delicious I had the pistachio and it was really good. I bought a couple of them and I am so happy I did

Clara was so friendly and nice. She was kind enough to explained to us about the baked goods Uncle Fluffy is known for as well as enjoyed by everyone. Must try their pistachio cheesecake and the original cheesecake. They sell mini tarts in original cheesecake, pistachio, mocha and more! They have a selection of hot/cold coffees, lattes, matcha and many more.

Came across this restaurant/bakery on Facebook, we have been looking for fluffy Japanese cakes, The restaurant looks very clean and spacious, they have plenty of tables. We ordered a Japanese Cheesecake (which was delicious, fluffy, and very moist). My son ordered 3 vanilla mochis. I would recommend it if you're looking for something quick and sweet.
