Rockn' Joe Coffee Bar

Recently moved to Caldwell and had high hopes for this place (and still do). Unfortunately, the few times I’ve been it has just been ok. If you drink coffee black without any sweetener (like I do) then you will know the coffee is just ok. I have had some of the pastries including cookies and again, ok but nothing special. I have had mixed experiences with the service, from attentive and helpful staff on one occasion and another time they were disinterested, with tables needing to be cleaned and trash building up but they were chatting behind the counter and it wasn’t busy. I am convinced this place can be good so haven’t given up on it yet.

Great spot for coffee and breakfast! Rick and Joe Coffee serves amazing coffee — rich flavor and perfectly brewed. The place has a cozy vibe, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast options that pair perfectly with their drinks. Definitely a go-to spot in Hackett for a fresh start to the day!

I was looking for some time to spend in this area and Googled coffee places nearby. What a good find it was. Downtown Caldwell is really good, with ample parking spots, wide roads, and a nice & clean look. I also got a couple of restaurant names, which I am going to try later on. This coffee bar is on the corner of Bloomfield and Smull Ave. You can't miss it. it gives a chill-out vibe. Grab a table or sofa, order whatever you want (ofcourse, from the menu), chit-chat with your friends/family, have those hot sips- what else can you expect from any good coffee joint? I had vanilla hazelnut, and it was good. Prices are reasonable too.. good time spent over a cup of coffee.

Grabbed some coffee before my daughter's orientation at Caldwell University. It is only .5 miles from there. The coffee seasonal specials were amazing! The service was friendly and had a good coffee shop atmosphere. I will be frequenting this place more often!

Came here for the first time with my husband and we really enjoyed our breakfast. The hardest part was deciding what to order. We both ended up ordering omelets and loved how thin and delicious they were. The chia coconut bar was also very tasty and not too sweet! We will be back :)
