this place blew my mind, so nice customer service is on point. The best in town i swear on my soul, if i could come back i would! 100% recommend to anyone in nashville area or even those visiting!

Cotton & Snow is my favorite stall at Assembly Food Hall in Nashville! The staff is always super helpful, the atmosphere is fun, & the boozy shaved ice and ice cream treats are a perfect way to TREAT YO-SELF at the holidays (or any days!!) This is the Jack & Coke shaved ice with half coke and half cherry, plus whipped cream, a cherry, & cherry cotton candy❣️

Looking for a sweet treat in downtown Nashville, we decided to try Cotton & Snow based on all the great reviews. I came in with high expectations, but it wasn’t quite what I anticipated. The flavors were extremely sweet, and on the Guava Passion, all I could taste was guava — no hint of passion fruit or mango. It’s also supposed to come with boba, but they were out, so we opted for gummy bears instead. Overall, it felt too pricey for what you get, and I’m not sure I would return.

So glad we gave this place a shot! I almost never buy shaved iced but the menu and pictures looked so good! We ordered the banana pudding shaved ice, the pecan pie shaved ice, and coffee ice cream. When you order a small, it is actually a pretty big shaved ice, so you can share with a group of people. The banana pudding shaved ice was delicious and tastes exactly like the pudding but you can still taste a bit of the fake syrup. The PECAN PIE SHAVED ICE was absolutely amazing!!!! There was caramel, pecans, ice cream on top. The shaved ice was sweet and creamy texture almost. It was so so so good!!! We got the coffee ice cream too but it wasn’t as strong.

It is absolutely great ice cream store at Nashville Broadway area. I was really surprised with their incredible shaved ice. They got many innovative flavors, even with alcohol. I felt that they added too much sugar for me. The banana flavor was my favorite without too much sugar.
