Rad Coffee - Upland
232 N 2nd Ave, San Bernardino, CA
Crema's Take
“This Upland spot is a punk-themed espresso haven where bold, flavorful coffee is the main event—their Spanish Latte and creative cold brews inspire fierce loyalty despite the no-frills grab-and-go setup. The baristas here prioritize craft over small talk, pulling shots with real intensity that lands somewhere between beautifully strong and occasionally on the burnt side, depending on who's behind the machine. If you're after expertly executed traditional espresso drinks and creative house specials in a gritty, music-forward atmosphere, it's worth the parking hunt.”

Great coffee, unfortunately the baristas weren't friendly at all. 😭 Also no seating. Not plenty of parking.
I stop by this coffee shop EVERY TIME that I am in town, never fails. They have some of the best coffee that bursts with flavor, strong or not :) I also love cool drinks they are able to create as well! - sometimes busy, but the girls who work up front are fast paced and so polite despite it all! This place rocks 🤘🏻🔥
Not bad! The 3 star is for the coffee alone. This place has a great atmosphere and the service was phenomenal. I got a hot latte, the coffee did taste a little burnt but it wasn't enough of a bother to keep me from drinking it. I've had better coffee but I don't think I'll find another place like this with its punk rock and horror aesthetic. I'm a huge music fan so I really dig the references personally. My girlfriend got a green tea lemonade and it was okay! I give them credit for going easy on the sugar compared to Starbucks. I personally enjoyed the coffee better because I'm not a huge lemonade fan (but I love green tea.) It was mixed well and the lemonade didn't overpower the green tea. All in all, I would come back here if given the option but if you're a coffee snob like me, there are better options.
Pretty cool place, punk theme is evident. We ordered the Spanish Latte iced and a hot mocha latte. The Spanish latte was very strong, I should have asked what exactly was in it as I drank this at 9am and struggled to fall asleep at 11pm. The mocha was good, not too sweet. Would recommend a visit if you’re close by.
Great coffee with cool vibe (if you enjoy punk music)! Iced americano tasted very nice but the matcha is not what I'm used to. Possibly with more matcha to milk ratio so can taste the bit of matcha that's not mixed in but over all very enjoyable.
