Squirrel Tree Resort

Squirrel Tree Restaurant is one of those places you keep coming back to. The food is always really good, the portions and prices are hard to beat, and it has that kind of local, welcoming feel that makes it stand out. It’s been a staple in the area for a long time, and for good reason.

Did not stay here, but stopped in at the bar. The food and drinks were great! The atmosphere is awesome and the bartender (Vito) was a really good dude!

Stopped between Woodinville and Leavenworth for a stretch and stumbled on Squirrel Tree Resort, total hidden-gem energy! The vibe is cozy and quirky, the lunch was stellar, and Veto (the owner) was warm, funny, and so helpful. I tried the Natapoc, absolutely delicious. 😋 Perfect pit stop for great food, drinks, and a chill atmosphere. Feeling lucky? Try your hand at pull tabs for a little extra fun. What an amazing place, and incredible people working there. We met the owner, and he was so friendly and accommodating. You can tell he and his wife have poured their hearts and souls into the place. Food was delicious, and the décor is on point. Even though I'm from South Dakota, my wife and I plan on returning. This place was great! They are reasonably priced and dog friendly which were both reasons for us staying there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. We were on the ground floor and I didnt hear any noise from the highway or the rooms above us. We really liked that the restaurant and bar are right next door so no need to drive into Leavenworth for dinner or breakfast and the gas station is there also. I wish that I could remember our waitress's name, she was amazing! We had dinner and it was great, my only criticism was our breakfast was cold. We let our waitress know and they gave us a fresh order at no charge to us. As an added bonus for us, they are 10 minutes from Fish Lake and Lake Wenatchee so its easy to get to to go fishing. We will most definitely stay again.
