Koffi Café and Drive-Thru

Sunday at 2:30 PM. We walked in through the back patio. Only a few pastries left. Plenty of to go drinks. Plenty of staff so very quick service. Everything was neat and tidy, including the cream and sugar counter. Like restrooms, it needs constant attention because people are sloppy. Inside was one big room so that would make it hard to hold a conversation when it was full. Patio looked great.

Not a great first experience with Koffi. Wife ordered a warm latte and they placed ice to cool it down. That is a first for us. I ordered a soy latte with hazelnut syrup. I couldn’t taste the espresso. I had to open it up to see if they forgot to put coffee in it. It’s brown so I guess they did. I’d rather go to Starbucks and I don’t like going to Starbucks.

Here’s a clean, straightforward review you can use: Koffi in Palm Springs is a solid stop for a quick caffeine fix. The staff is consistently friendly, the store feels modern and spotless, and the huge parking lot plus drive‑through make it incredibly convenient. For drinks, the Caramel White Mocha Freeze and the Malted Mocha Freeze are the standouts—sweet, smooth, and perfect for the desert heat.

Fav coffee shop! I come to all the locations, and love their drinks. Staff is quick, helpful. I like their vanilla bean supreme drinks. Stand out, unique flavors. Always my go to place and will continue to come here!

We love their coffee and tea products, 100 times better than those bigger coffee companies (I won't mention any names). We go to the one in Ramon. Beautiful new business building and the staff there are so welcoming and friendly. The guys working there really impressed us they were all full of pride as they would keep themselves busy cleaning the dining area on their down time. They always verbally welcome us in and always say a goodbye when we leave! Either they've been trained well or they are just awesome people/employees!!! Their prices to me are worth it considering the level of their product and friendly service. I'll go at least once a day!!!
