The staff are so friendly and the hot chocolate is legit! They make it properly with real chocolate and you can tell immediately the quality as well as the care they out into their drinks. I can't wait to try their chai next time but I've come back twice for the oat milk hot chocolate. They simmer it fresh in front of you and it's worth the higher price because of the quality of ingredients and price of really cacao these days. The owners are so kind and inwish then alot of success. My only suggestion would be to change the lighting to be softer so it can add to the ambiance and match the vibes. I will be back because they are vegan friendly also!

Probably the best place for chai in DTBK; the tried and tested masala and some other unique flavors. And comes with a great selection of sweet and savory snacks; highly recommend the Parmesan twist (picture), everything twist, and chive biscuit. Cozy vibe, and friendliest staff!

Husband and I had a mini date night here. It’s such a calming, chill atmosphere. The workers were so helpful at recommending items on the menu. Baklava and tiramisu were delicious, and chai was super authentic and comforting. Highly recommend!

nicest cosiest little neighbourhood chai Café at the heart of downtown Brooklyn. Staff is super nice, every cup of tea is made on the order. You could literally see them preparing your chai tea with a lots of love and care. never pre made/batched. various option of spice!! excited to be back 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Friendly staff and great service made our visit really enjoyable. We absolutely loved the masala chai and karak chai both were rich and perfectly brewed. The baklava was outstanding, just as good as the ones we had in Turkey, a definite must try! Tiramisu and matcha cake were delicious too. The cafe is clean, cool, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to visit with family and friends. Highly recommended.
