Crema's Take

Foxtail Coffee's Winter Park location delivers impressive espresso consistency and creative specialty drinks with a fun bonus: they serve beer and wine alongside your cortadito. The drive-thru crew can be hit-or-miss on details (watch your cold brew ounces), but when you land someone like Simon working the window, you'll walk away with a perfectly customized drink that nails exactly what you're craving. It's the kind of place where you can grab a quick shot of espresso or linger over something more inventive, all while appreciating their genuine passion for getting the drink right.

Incredible consistency and professionalism as well as a great number of choices. This one even has beer and wine! The cortadito automatically comes with sugar while the cortado does not, just an fyi. Places always well maintained, clean, and neat.

I ordered two double shots of espresso. When the man gave me my tiny espresso cup I said “hey I got two of these” and he responded “yeah they’re both in there” and then closed the window. 2 shots of espresso is roughly 3 ounces and the little espresso cups only hold 4. So how could 2 double shots (6 ounces) be in one 4 oz cup? My total was over $7 btw. Overpriced bad coffee. I only came because it’s close by and my Nespresso broke and I’m desperate for coffee. Won’t ever be this desperate again.

People are friendly, cool place, but I have a problem with false advertising. Foxtail if you’re telling customers your cold brew is 24 ounces then make it 24 ounces not 20. And that’s filled to the brim, which is not what you usually get so in reality it’s about 18 oz.

I just left this location and I'm honestly not sure why people even work in customer service anymore and why they even have businesses that require customer engagement when it's not good. My plan was to get a cappuccino and sit and enjoy some breakfast. The service was quick no smile nor good morning nothing. That's fine...no tip then either, that's how that works. In any event. I received my cappuccino in a to go cup with a lid on it and my breakfast sandwich in a bag eith the cheese all melted in the bag. I went to the cashier and asked her if they service coffee in mugs anymore as I saw a huge stack and she said if people ask for it. So, naturally I left and started typing away. I'm in my car enjoying my coffee and breakfast instead. What exactly is the point of decorating a brick and mortar business if you're not going to encourage people to stay? Customer service these days is garbage and now it has trickled into this place as well. The correct thing would be for the cashier to ask me if it is to go, not for me to request a mug. The correct thing is for people who work at these places to have some sort of a personality. I love seeing the beauty of a cappuccino in a mug, if I wanted it covered up I never would have gone inside, I would have used the drive through. I wasn't in a hurry at all. Please do not go to this location. Customer service is non existent and they encourage you to leave anyway as evidenced by their eagerness to hand out coffee in to go cups and breakfast in bags. Do not tip as clearly it is not deserved. Before anyone says oh how harsh of you not to tip, I was a server and I actually tip very well. I also know better than to tip someone for lack of service. I'd say do better but I have a feeling my review will just either be ignored or someone will have some sort of an excuse and they'll say, just go elsewhere no problem!

Went through drive through and met Simon. He was so nice. I had no idea what drink I wanted and asked him to make me something cold, not too sweet and lots of caffeine. He made me the perfect drink. It was delicious! It was great to not be treated like a number but a friend. Thank you! I’ll be back.
