House Brew

Crema's Take
“House Brew in Baton Rouge has built a devoted following thanks to exceptional hospitality that makes regulars feel genuinely welcomed—staff like Victoria have a gift for making every visit feel personal and unhurried. Their strength lies in creative specialty drinks and smooth cold brew, though they shine brightest for drive-thru convenience, which means you're trading a sit-down atmosphere for the kind of friendly service that keeps people coming back multiple times a week. Fair warning: they lean heavily into flavored coffees and can be inconsistent with espresso shots, so traditionalists might want to call ahead about their regular offerings.”

It's ok if you like the whole drive thru but don't get out of your car for coffee. I like putting my own cream in. Anyway, no food. Mostly flavored coffees. Had to beg for regular. Menu too jumbly to read quickly enough for the line movement.
Let me begin with their 5⭐️ service!!! This location tops any other we've ever been to! Victoria is AMAZING, has a great personality, and she makes you feel like she's known you forever. Coffee and Matcha is made perfectly every time! We drive to BR 2-3×'s a week and a stop to this location is always a must! Thank you for the great hospitality and your consistency with everything you do!!
Ordered an americano and banana bread latte. The color should've been the first indication that the shot was off. I couldn't taste any espresso, to the point I was wondering if we were served watered down drip... I genuinely hope this was just a bad pour day and not a regular occurrence. They have good vibes and a nice staff, but the coffee was a complete turn off :/
I LOVE it here!! No matter what coffee I get or how many times I go through the drive-thru during the week (which, let's be honest, is multiple times), I am always greeted with kindness! Nothing makes me happier than the brewistas taking the time to talk to me or compliment me; it makes my hardest days better. They're always so lovely and ensure I leave satisfied. There have been a few times when my order is slightly messed up, and they are always so quick and happy to fix it!
No matter what location I visit, it as if I'm speaking to the same person every time. Everyone there is very friendly. I honestly can't remember if I ever had a wait time because they sit there and hold a casual conversation with you while you wait. Very welcoming. As for the drinks, I live me a good brunette any time of day. The cinnamon roll mocha is a little on the sweet side, but I still enjoyed it. The sweet and salty is also very nice, though it could get a little more of the salted caramel to bring out the salty of it. I plan on trying more things there, but if you're looking for a place to start, I'd say one of those three.
