Dylan, the building manager, is absolutely the nicest! I met him a little over two weeks ago, and he gave me a full tour of the building, taking the time to answer all my questions. Even in the days that followed, he helped me through the entire application process (because of course, I applied right away! 🤩). I felt so warmly welcomed. He’s always available and as helpful as can be. After three years of living in the city, this has been the smoothest move I’ve ever had — all thanks to him. I’ll be moving in 10 days, and I can’t wait! Thank you, Dylan!

Le Leo is an amazing place to live! The location is super convenient, with the PATH trains just a few blocks away, making commuting easy. The manager, Dylan, and his team really go above and beyond to make sure the building is always in tip-top shape—they do an excellent job keeping everything clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights of living here is the fantastic sense of community. Dylan and his team regularly organize fun events, like rooftop parties and even a chess tournament, which are great for meeting neighbors and having a good time. I would highly recommend Le Leo to anyone looking to move in. It's a well-run, welcoming place with great amenities and a friendly vibe!

What makes Le Leo feel different from other places I’ve lived is honestly the people, especially Mitchel, the Maintenance Manager. He’s so approachable and easy to talk to. I’ve never had to wait days for a fix here. Usually I can find him around the building, in the lobby, on the second floor, or just walking through the halls, and he always responds quickly if I call or text. He’s helped me with all kinds of things. One time I needed to get rid of a giant Christmas tree way past the holidays. He figured out how to remove it without making a mess and never made me feel bad about it. He also helped me with my AC filter when I didn’t know it needed attention. He just handled it and made sure everything was good. That’s just how he is. Calm, unbothered, and always finding a way to fix whatever needs fixing. When my dishwasher wasn’t working, he asked a few quick questions first to see if it was something simple instead of having to put in a whole work order. Dylan, the Director of Ops, adds so much to the building too. Imagine coming home from a long day of work and there’s a surprise flower bar in the lobby where you can make your own bouquets. He’s organized trivia, Halloween parties, rooftop events, hot chocolate bars - and more, all in the one year I’ve been here. Dylan makes Le Leo feel like a community especially because he asks for resident input and genuinely listens. Overall, it’s the people here that make Le Leo feel like more than just an apartment. It feels like a real community.

Dylan was extremely professional and helpful from the moment I found the apartment. When I had to move to another city, he made the lease transfer process smooth and easy, which I truly appreciated. The building is well-maintained, and the property management team is always friendly and supportive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment and excellent service.
