Patticakes

This was a good cupcake, and I would return to try more flavors. There were very few flavors in the cupcake case to choose from, but the place was busy.

The staff at this location, especially the ones that were working yesterday morning, could use some guidance on proper communication and need to improve their customer service skills. If a machine is down and you are unable to make a drink, communicate that with the customer, and if the customer is at the counter waiting to speak with someone, it would be best to not just look over at them and ignore them. Also, I think management should probably be a bit more mindful of their employees, especially the individual, from yesterday morning, who was wearing very small clothes and had a visible tattoo on her lower back. And I think it would be best for some of those employees to not be on their phone while customers are waiting for their orders and trying to order. Especially, when it distracts you from doing your job.

I went to patticakes for a church function. Was obviously busy due to the event, but the staff diligently took care of each and every one of us. The ice coffee I had was amazing. I forgot to take a picture of it but we will definitely be going back. To try some of their desserts and coffee, they also have ice cream and shakes. This is a little hidden gem in tioga. Very roomy and well laid out cables and plenty of chairs for folks to sit on . I'm not sure if they usually have their own music play in the background. There were so many people talking, fellowshing there might have been some music playing, but don't recall. Definitely worth a visit.

Love. Love. Love. Everything about this space is amazing. The drinks, the food, the space, the plants, the light! The service was phenomenal. I tried a seasonal latte, brown sugar lavender, and it was delicious. I ate the turkey panini, highly recommend. I ended up getting a second beverage, an iced chai latte, superb! There are outlets, several types of seating, (tables chairs, bar seats, couches), different workspace vibes, some little nooks on the sides to hide, and outside seating. There are two bathroom stalls (male, female) that can easily accommodate a wheelchair or parents with kids. I’ll be back for my co-working sessions!

We stopped in for coffee and a snack while visiting family in the area. The location is perfect as they are in the middle of several businesses and restaurants. They have indoor and outdoor seating. It was a nice day so we set outdoor. We ordered the House Coffee and the Coffee Cake. The coffee was nice and hot and perfectly brewed. The Coffee cake was delicious, full of flavor and moist. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
