Puccino's Coffee

Went to NOLA for a ball and stopped for some coffee at the place after passing by a few times. Lemme tell ya. I am glad I didn't pass up on this. I ordered a butterfinger Iced Puccino, w/whipped cream and chocolate drizz... omg! Est decision ever. Italian coffee hit different. Thanks for the incredible service and extraordinary coffee. Ill be back soon.

LOVE their coffees and have for many years. The iced Puccino and granita are so delicious that I miss them now that I had to move out of state. But I hadn’t had one of their pastries in a long time… And maybe I used to get them more at another location.. But I got an almond croissant today while visiting my family in Metairie and it was TERRIBLE. It was big and round and dry with no filling. It was inedible. Please change your almond croissants to a normal, traditional almond croissant! And like the other locations used to have for sure. This was shockingly bad!

I ordered a dirty chai latte here since it was close, but I would recommend against getting anything that has espresso in it. Maybe items without it are better, but this is what I ordered. The espresso machine was extracting into gravy boats (which I wish I would have noticed before ordering), and it was an extremely sour espresso. My guess is that it isn't being ground properly so there can't be any pressure to properly extract from the coffee grounds resulting in a very high flow rate and under extraction/sour espresso. When I asked if this was normal, the response was “I don't know, this is how we have been serving it all day". I'm also not sure if there was really any milk in it either. The cup was only about 3/4 full (see the photo for how full it was served). Unfortunately, I had to toss it after a couple sips. As a side note, there's a photo of Anthony Fauci in the urinal, which is just... Strange. Overall, there are much better places in town and I will probably not give this cafe another go.

I stop going to this location. They never added my phone numbers for my points after I mentioned. This evening my wife wanted a hot chai with milk and sugar free cream. the lady, however, she wasn't listening. Since the order was given clearly, she asked if we would like to add ice, add expresso. We declared we want it hot, and no expresso, she said how the coffee could be cold if we don't want ice. We walked out this location at the end, so that she can be relax and enjoy a piece of quiet for her rest of the night. We were there around 6:30pm, and they close at 9pm. I believed she was ready to close.

The Skinny Granita with an extra chilled espresso shot was FANTASTIC!!! The place is super adorable as well, and the service was excellent. We definitely will be back!
