Crema's Take

Swami's is a relaxed beachside counter-service spot that's just as much about the welcoming vibe as the food—locals rave about bringing their dogs inside and settling in for people-watching sessions with ocean views nearby. Their breakfast menu punches above its weight with standouts like eggs benedict and creative omelets, plus unexpected gems like fresh watermelon juice that keep families coming back, though some dishes could use a bit more seasoning to match the friendly, laid-back energy of the place.

10/5 stars, 15/5 stars. Omg. I went here with family and tried the garlic chicken omelet, beer battered fish tacos, and California chicken wrap! Oh. My stars it's good! Not a bad price for such fantastic food! Also, the Chai latte and dirty chai latte are astounding!

It’s a counter-order and place a number on your table arrangement. The staff were friendly and they allowed us to bring our dogs inside with us out of the storm. Unfortunately they got my eggs wrong on the huevos rancheros - no big deal, it happens and not worth a fuss, unfortunately the food was on the bland side and seemed - well, bit “cold” but less than “fresh out of the kitchen” levels of hot. Nothing was bad, the produce all seemed fresh and there was a generous amount of avocado on top; but it was still underwhelming. It’s a great intro to the dish if you are sensitive to spicy food, but it left me wanting.

Nice breakfast spot near the beach. They have watermelon juice (my son's obsessed) so that was a win! The eggs benedict is my go too, was good (could have a bit more flavor, bread was a little hard to cut). Blueberry pancake was BOMB and huge (son gave it 2 thumbs up!) & my mom's turkey burger, I heard was on point!!

Great place to eat and enjoy people watching. I had avocado toast and herbs. My husband had Swami’s combo with a pancake. The bacon was a little dry but I guess that is taste. We had several staff come and check on us. Very warm place to eat and enjoy. Definitely will visit again. Love that is close to the beach.

Missed dinner the night before so we came into Swami’s ready to eat. This is not the place to order food for the first time with wreckless abandon. There is a reason why you can order one pancake. I couldn’t even finish mine and it was delicious. The special pumpkin walnut pancakes are a must. The fruit was fresh. Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. The food can get costly too if you order a ton so be careful. Great spot for breakfast!
