Love this place! So happy it’s just around the corner from me ☺️. The bartenders are amazing, Jessica is such a sweetheart and makes the absolute best drinks. The owner is super cool and really sets the tone for the great vibes here. The cook always puts out delicious finger foods which are perfect for snacking while drinking. I especially love when they do karaoke nights and bring in live bands, it’s always a fun time. And when DJ Sound Nice plays there, he always has the place rocking with all types of music. This spot is a total gem—great atmosphere, great people, and always a good time!
During my recent visit to Cypress Cafe, I opted for a drip coffee paired with a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a sesame bagel. The coffee was robust and well-prepared, meeting my expectations without any issues. The bagel, toasted to perfection, complemented the sandwich excellently. However, I did notice the bacon portion was somewhat modest, which I acknowledge could be attributed to current economic challenges such as inflation impacting ingredient costs. Nevertheless, despite this minor observation, I found the overall experience pleasant and would certainly consider revisiting Cypress Cafe in the future.
This one of my favorite places in Ridgewood. I ❤️ their avocado toast and their mozzarella, tomato end presto sandwich. They are the best!! The place is very nice and cozy with excellent customer service. This is a must visit in Ridgewood! 😍
I've been meaning to pay this place a visit based on the great reviews I've read and yes it happened this morning and I am not disappointed. The menu is simple, I ordered the avocado toast and my husband ordered the B.E.C on a bagel (bacon egg and cheese). We enjoyed it plus a bonus conversation with the owner while having breakfast feels like we are home. Will definitely return.....
Cappuccino is always well balanced and excellent. Only $3.50 for a large cup. Great way to start the morning. I also enjoy the hummus plate for lunch if you're not overally hungry. If you have more of an appetite, their sandwiches are large and well made. Always good to stop for food or coffee in the morning or lunch time.
