Crema's Take

This Kings Beach bakery has earned a devoted following for their genuinely exceptional cinnamon rolls—the kind that inspire passionate, all-caps declarations of love from regulars—paired with quality coffee and buttery pastries like their blueberry lemon scones. It's the rare spot that works equally well for a quick caffeine grab, a leisurely sit with friends, or bringing clients to impress, with staff who create that warm, remembering-your-name kind of hospitality. The clean, fresh space feels like a real neighborhood gathering spot where people keep coming back because both the food and the people matter.

Tried this place for the first time over the weekend and reallllly hoping they stick around for a long time! So far tried cinnamon rolls (so good!) blueberry lemon scone (buttery and flaky perfection!) and two of their blondie bar flavors (soft, moist, melt on my tongue yums). Can’t wait to come back and try more goodies, it took all the will power in my body to not walk out with one of everything lol

Happy Tiers Bakery in Incline Village (located in the Christmas Tree Village Plaza) is my go-to spot whenever I need something special, whether it’s for clients, meetings, or just a treat to enjoy. The pastries, coffee, teas, and especially the banana breads are always fresh, beautifully made, and consistently delicious. They’ve helped me make many great first impressions, and they never disappoint. The space itself is warm, inviting, and has such a nice atmosphere—perfect for stopping in, picking up something thoughtful, or taking a moment to enjoy a coffee. It’s the kind of place you’re proud to bring items from when visiting friends, showing up to a meeting, or dropping off something special for a client. It’s also exciting to hear they’re expanding with a second location coming to Kings Beach, which will be a wonderful addition for the North Lake Tahoe community. If you’re looking for a local bakery in Incline Village, fresh pastries, quality coffee, or a thoughtful treat to share, Happy Tiers is a standout. Highly recommend.

Soooooo…if I told you I had the best cinnamon rolls here in WORLD 🌎, believe me! No really, believe me. The place is clean, fresh, smells great, and has good coffee too. The service and staff are cool and friendly. If you come to Lake Tahoe to visit or live close and don’t come here you have failed 😃. Worth a drive if you have too…plus it’s in a cute little strip mall right off the main road around the lake.

Had their famous cinnamon rolls. They're good, I don't know if they're the best I ever had but definitely in the top ten. I came during a late Saturday Morning. I didn't mind the wait. However, my hot coffee was served cold. I suspect baristas had a communal lukewarm milk, which is fine for ice coffee but not for my hot coffee.

The other reviews were right: the cinnamon rolls are super delicious! Also the coffee was great and the people that work there very friendly. I was impressed by that they remembered by name after the first visit. I’m glad I found this great coffee place and really enjoyed spending a few afternoons there.
