Nice Area great location friendly people.
My mother has been living here over 5 years and I must let the people of Columbus know that this is the worse senior assisted community in have experienced. The elevators are constantly broken, one is broken as I post this review. The office managers are rude to residents and visitors. The office management has posted office hours in which they don't adhere to. They come into residents apartments without permission or notification. They hold inspections on an inconsistent and unfair basis. I have suggested to the residents including my mother to write their experiences in reviews so there voices can be heard. But the residents are so afraid to speak up due to the fact that of if evicted they have no place to go. Their shoul really be an audit done on the apartment to ensure that our seniors are being treated with dignity and respect.
