Great experience! The staff were super kind and took the time to explain everything clearly. They did an excellent and very fast job fixing my bike. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

Great bike shop with decent prices. My son bought a used Giant bike for $250. It came with a 1 year warranty. They pulled a bike from the back that they thought would fit his needs and was his size. It still needed repairs (new rim, etc) and it took two weeks to get it ready. My 13 year old son paid half and didn’t complain compared to the other places we shopped around at. He rode it home in supreme approval. - Service: Positive and helpful. Made sure to get us what we asked for and they did not pressure us for more. There was only one employee helping customers due to a bike event that weekend and so it took a while, but we were fine with that. Sounds like there are normally two. - Atmosphere: Clean and organized. There were a lot of bike parts for sale. - Conclusion: I’d definitely recommend them for nice bikes that don’t break the bank and yet do not compromise. Visited on a Saturday afternoon.

Awesome place. I think I'm going to be a long-term regular customer, whenever I'm looking for a shop's advice, or looking to step up my bicycle. All I really needed was a new shift cable today, and I was fully open to any upgrades they thought might be needed. They quoted me 2 weeks to be safe due to scheduling, but then the mechanic decided to take care of me same day! Spoke with a kind gentleman that looked at my bike, then had a generous mechanic take care of my bike. So glad I came here! I'll be back. Thank you, Switchback!

Love Switchback! The bike shop is great, they have all sorts of parts and new bikes plus super reasonable rates for bike repairs. I’ve had two different bikes repaired there and they did a great job with both of them. They also have a bar with beer on tap, cocktails, and lots of NA options. The seating area is cozy and the patio is one of the best in the city. Friendly staff too!

Really glad I stopped in here to check out the space! I love that they offer community nights and have a cozy spot for drinks with friends. Highly recommend this bike shop. The owner and staff are great! They take time to listen to your needs, excitedly share their knowledge and are straight forward happy bikers. Loved my experience here and I felt well taken care of. Glad to be out on the trails with a bike that I love!
