Formula Espresso

This seriously may be the best coffee I’ve ever had. Vanilla latte all the way! The barista is such a ray of sunshine as well. Amazing all around

Formula Espresso is attached to the Royla Sonesta where we stayed. The food is not made fresh at the establishment but brought in. We ordered breakfast the one morning and while it tasted fine they recommended for it to be warmed up as it was kept refrigerated such as the muffins. Mine was still cold in the center even after warming up. Staff was super nice but it would be nice for the price to have food made in house and not just brought in a sold like a convenience store. Too expensive even for the convenience. Lots of options near by you can walk to.

Terry and Adrianne (the baristas) were delightful and they made a great breve latte.

Formula Espresso is conveniently located inside the hotel we were staying in. The service was FANTASTIC and the breakfast sandwiches (bacon, egg, cheese on a croissant) were DELICIOUS. We chose coffees to go which were also great. Highly recommended.

Bought a feta and spinach croissant and noticed the dough was not fully cooked while I was eating it. I brought it up to the counter and told them and said they should check the others in the counter display and they just stared at me and said NOTHING. This is how people get FOOD BORNE ILLNESSES! No excuse for this. They should have apologized and refunded me immediately and then removed the others for sale.
