Gloria’s Cafe
2365 Dickerson Rd, Reno, NV
Crema's Take
“Gloria's Cafe is a vibrant Mexican-American fusion spot near downtown Reno where the creative energy matches the inventive food—think huevos rancheros with genuine flavor depth and signature drinks like horchata lattes that show real care in execution. The wait is real and the crowds are genuine (especially Sunday brunch), but the combination of thoughtful cooking, warm service, and a buzzing atmosphere full of families and regulars makes it genuinely worth the patience. This is the kind of place where the kitchen takes fusion seriously rather than playing it safe, and where you'll find yourself planning your next visit before you've even finished your meal.”

Food was awesome!! We had to wait about 30 minutes but it was well worth the wait!!! Once we sat down the waiter was there to take are drink order!! Just let me say it was jumping in this cafe!! Will definitely be back!! Thank you Gloria's Cafe!!
Absolutely delicious breakfast! They were packed, but we were seated pretty quick. Their chorizo is delicious, as was everything that we ordered. Service was wonderful! The horchata latte and chai latte were the first sign we had that breakfast would be spot on! Huge portions, good price! Parking was hard, but that's my only complaint
The atmosphere is wonderful. The food is really delicious. I had the huevos rancheros and let me tell you!! FLAVOR OVERLOAD!!!
This restaurant is located near downtown Reno and is worth visiting. There is a Sunday Brunch crowd, so be prepared for a wait. But the wait is worth it! There is a variety of food, a mix of Mexican and American. I had the French toast with mixed fruit and berries, and a side order of steak. You get your money’s worth, I had to ask for a to-go container, I was happily full. There is indoor and patio seating with umbrella shade. The staff is busy hustling and are all so kind and quick on their feet. My server was Alex and he was fantastic, attentive and lovely. Put this on your itinerary the next time you visit Reno. Enjoy 💕
This place is AMAZING! Mexican - American fusion menu. And when I say "fusion", I mean it in the true sense. This is NOT your typical watered down Mexican cuisine thrown together with some American dishes. Hands down, one of the most authentic places I've been to in the US. Great food with large servings and almost everything is homemade. The chilis and salsas have a bite to them, made me break a sweat. The chorizo is homemade. The pico de gallo is fresh. The portions are ENORMOUS. While all the food was amazing, I'd call attention to Gloria's special: a traditional chorizo and egg dish fused with an American-style hash and black beans (de la olla) served with homemade guacamole and corn tortillas. Phenomenal! Customer service was just as amazing! The servers checked on us several times but not overbearing. Our drinks were never empty. Smiling and friendly, you can tell this team loves what they do and loves their customers. The place is easy to find and off the beaten path. It sits in what looks like an industrial park with plenty of parking. The building looks like an old garage that has been repurposed making it different in a nice quaint way. My only critique: the portion sizes are huge! Too huge and customers are leaving with a whole other meal in a Styrofoam box. Cut back on the portion size and increase your profit margin. Your food is fantastic enough that everyone will appreciate this and you won't lose as much profit. If you are close to Reno, THIS PLACE IS A MUST!
