Oh-kayyy, it's been a while since I have taken the time to write a review. This take time and energy so its usually an impactful experience that drive me to leave a review, whether good or bad, it sits in my head. So here I am, sharing my experience at Cafe Bottega. If you follow me you know I'm a tough critic, but I am fair. I think above taste, accuracy in traditional dishes, quality of food, and so on; Is service. Everytime I've walked in there I'm greeted with a warm smile and welcoming energy. Although you have too place your order through kiosk my experience doesn't feel so artificial, like if I'm just interacting with a screen and boom pops out my order, no. The experience has been more organic than that, there is always someone there to help me, guide me through the menu and even offer suggestions like—" lychee jelly and Boba go together really good" or 'if you like coffee we have Veitnamese style coffee with cold foam" ☕ (which is really good). This welcome and organic experience is one of the reasons I keep going back and its a well earned 5 stars ⭐ in my book. Customer service is key to any successful business. I am a creature of habit and I love Mango 🥭, so the Mango lychee Ice Tea was a no brainer 🧠 for me. Added Boba and lychee jelly yum yum yum 🤤🤤🤤🥤. The iced tea was not overwhelming sweet although I had added the boba and jelly that typically amplify the sweetness, it was light and very refreshing, just thinking about it right now makes me want to go get one. I ordered a large which came out to about $10 which really fair. I hope highly recommend the Mango lychee Ice Tea 🥭🥤🤤. 5⭐ Side note: They have a large variety of beverages. Coffee, Milk Teas, Smoothies, Ice Teas, Slushees, and more 😱 Atmosphere, very modern, simplistic, with a nice touch of elegance, I really their set up and this might sound a little weird but I really their stools. So easy 5⭐ for me. Highly recommend 5⭐ in all categories, if there are within your area, don't think about it twice, you won't be disappointed... Well, all this typing made me thirsty, Cafe Bottega here I come!!!! 🥭🥤🤤🤤🤤

I got the pineapple and berry smoothie for myself. Then my sister got the Passionfruit Mango Iced Tea but they skimped out on the boba/pieces it comes with. I tried explaining that they only put like 3 pieces but she thought I meant mango bits. I appreciate the effort to fix the problem but I think it was just a misunderstanding. But it's a large and I am paying an extra charge to add boba....& barely no passionfruit bits were added :( my smoothie was really good though!!!!

Public warning: This place will waste your time. I've been to this establishment twice. The first time they got my wifes order wrong but my second visit confirmed that i would not be going back. I ordered a coffee at 9:10 am. I ordered ahead, as I do just about everywhere because I am usually short on time. The email confirmation said my order would be ready at 9:15. I stopped at stater bros to grab some produce and arrived at the café at 9:19. They told me my order would be right out. I watvhed as the made a few drink before mine and then they finally gave me my coffee at 9:36. If you are incredibly patient and love to wait 25 minutes for something that should take no more than 4 minutes. This is the place for you. If you're like me and value your time, I recommend avoiding them. No matter how convenient the location is

My husband and I stopped by Cafe Bottega on Van Buren Blvd and absolutely loved everything we ordered! We shared the dragonfruit mango açaí bowl, and it was so fresh and flavorful—perfectly blended, vibrant, and generously topped with fruit and granola. You can really taste the quality and freshness in every bite. For drinks, we ordered the Vietnamese coffee and the banana coffee latte, and both were outstanding. The Vietnamese coffee was bold, smooth, and just the right amount of sweetness, while the banana coffee latte was creamy, unique, and surprisingly addictive. Such a great twist on a classic latte! The presentation was beautiful, the atmosphere was clean and welcoming, and everything felt thoughtfully made. This is definitely a new go-to spot for great coffee and refreshing bowls. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re in Riverside!

Absolutely love coming to Cafe Bottega in Riverside! 💕 Every time I visit, the staff is so kind and helpful — it really makes the experience that much better 🥹✨ I’ve been trying a new drink every time and so far, every single one has been a hit 😍🧋 Whether it’s coffee, tea, or something fruity, you can’t go wrong! Also… their boba is always soft and fresh 👏🏽 Sooo good! I recommend if you're in the area 🌟💗
