It's an unpretentious spot built for lingering before a performance or a genuine conversation, though service can be a bit uneven depending on who's behind the counter.”

It was a cold night and we all looked forward to a cup of hot coffee and hot chocolate before we went to see a play.
The lady at the counter just adds the tip to the bill without saying or asking the customer. Poor service
The espresso beans there have a really nice flavor. And the lady that was working there was very friendly.
Muffins and cinnamon rolls are just average. No offer to warm them up and apparently are not fresh daily. Ours were dated 3 days ago. The employee was very nice though.
They are open until 8pm when all the other coffee places in downtown close at 6! This is a reason for 6 stars! PS: cappuccino is always great
