Nonaka Bakery

If you haven’t tried it.. put it on your schedule!! The cafe is adorable, the croissants are the best on island and their matcha is all I think about!

Stopped by this cute walk-up bakery on our way to Waimea canyon. One of the best matcha lattes I’ve had! Server was super friendly.

Picked up pastries and coffee 3 times during our short stay in Waimea. It’s a sidewalk window so we mostly took food away, but there is a bench we sat on to eat one time. Pastries are high quality & delicious & lattes very, very good. Both baristas we encountered personified aloha. Definitely recommend highly.

I just returned home after a 5 day vacation on Kauai and one of my favorite parts of my trip was going to Nonaka Bakery everyday. Their Illy Espresso and Nitro Coldbrew paired with fresh croissants and mochi was something I looked forward to and I wish I had my own Nonaka up the street. The service was also great and although there was usually a line I never had to wait too long. You must check it out whenever you are in Waimea!

Very beautiful curated bakery with a great selection of drinks and baked goods. Great service as well! I loved the pain au chocolat (same as France!) , the butter mochi, Lilikoi mochi (passion fruit), the pineapple turnover and coconut turnover are DELICIOUS! I'll be back!
