The Palms Cafe

Crema's Take
“Tucked in Central Point, this beloved local spot serves up hearty traditional breakfast and lunch with generous portions that won't break the bank, drawing regulars who appreciate the cozy, family-friendly atmosphere and genuinely warm service. The kitchen shines with classics like huevos rancheros and crepes that keep customers coming back, though consistency has occasionally wavered with their newer cook. It's the kind of place where you'll find yourself lingering over coffee with family and friends, feeling like you're part of the community rather than just passing through.”

I came on a Monday for lunch, it wasn’t packed like I expected (because it’s a holiday). I got the creep with strawberry topping and two egged with two sausage links. It was gone in minutes. Our waitress was super friendly, and fast with service. The food came out of the kitchen fast and fresh
I was just here this morning with my mother and my 1 year old daughter. The waitress came up and told us that it wasn’t okay that my daughter was being a little loud and made us feel like it is not a child friendly place. So we will no longer be coming here. Just hope the same waitress doesn’t tell other parents the same thing in front of other customers.
Lovely small restaurant - a favorite with the locals. The waitresses were very friendly and helpful. My wife got a vegeburger and I got huevos rancheros and both of us were really happy with our food. We'll be back!
It was a disaster they said they have a new cook who sent out the wrong food after waiting 40 minutes and then it was horrible . On the other hand the staff did not charge us for it. That was very considerate. Maybe if they hire a different cook it might get better. I wish I could be more positive about this I was looking forward to a better experience from the reviews I've read online but not the day I was there....
Very nice staff, the place is really cozy and clean. The food was delicious and warm. Big portions are totally worth the price. It's a really nice place to have breakfast.
