Crema's Take
“This beloved Dallas spot captures the warmth and authenticity of Cuba with genuinely excellent food, generous portions, and a beautiful two-level space that feels both intimate and lively. From their standout arroz con pollo to refreshing tropical shakes, the menu and service embody that real Cuban hospitality that keeps both natives and newcomers coming back. It's the kind of place where you can linger over coffee and conversation, surrounded by people who clearly care about getting both the food and the experience right.”

The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The food was delicious. The mango tropical shake was refreshing. We will be returning in the near future.
Amazing food and friendly staff. Beautiful building and decor inside. They have a dining area and then an elevated area with a bar. Big portions, I got the Arroz Con Pollo. Restaurant is right on the corner very easy to find.
A true Cuban restaurant!! My wife and I are Cubans raised in Miami FL. And we we’re so happy to find this spot. Food was awesome ! Service and ambience were fun. Most authentic menu and food we have seen. We enjoyed every bit of it. We will come back every time we’re in the area !! 100% recommend.
My husband, who’s originally from Florida, was craving a good Cuban sandwich so I looked around the area and found Havana Cafe, and my goodness, best place for cuban food in DFW!! We were met by Ernesto who brought all the vibes and was truly amazing with recommendations and service. Everything was fresh and piping hot, and for fried foods, it was all fried so well and properly cooked and nothing was greasy like some places are with their croquettes or relleno de papa. Their Cuban coffee was delicious as was their mango juice, it was so fresh and tasty! They also have a full bar, live music some nights and kareoke nights too, so we will definitely go back for their night vibes! Ernesto was top notch and even sent us home with a slice Cuban flan, which was also delicious. If you’re looking for a little bit of Florida in Texas, Havana Cafe is your place!
We had camarones al ajillo, pechuga tropical, and arroz con pollo. All of the food was pretty good with nice size portions for the price. However, the arroz con pollo was superb. The portion is more than enough to share and was delicious. I could not go to a mojito bar and not try a mojito. The mango mojito was on point.
