Blue Earth coffee company

Crema's Take
“Blue Earth's nitro cold brew is legitimately exceptional—smooth, full-bodied, and flavorful enough that it actually tastes better than most hot coffees you'll find elsewhere. The owner runs a genuinely laid-back operation where you can linger guilt-free, and if you're feeling adventurous, their Hawaiian salted caramel frappe is worth ordering even if it sounds gimmicky. This is a shop that's still building its reputation but already delivering specialty-level execution on both traditional and creative drinks.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused, with creative signature drinks, good cold brew. A slow-sit spot, good for meetings.

The best Hawaiian salted caramel frappes in the world
Laid back coffee building its reputation. The coffee quality is good and the owner/operator is guininely friendly.
We tried the nitro cold brew and it was amazing! Honestly the best I've had. Even as an iced drink it didn't lose its flavor. The coffee was brewed very well with a great, strong flavor but without harsh bitterness. Highly recommend!
