We had pumpkin spice coffee and bora bora which was amazing and to have pumpkin spice off season is perfect! Loved the drinks!

Good coffee in this area! I loved the modern concept of this coffee place and drive thru. The drive thru did take a while but the coffee was worth the try especially while on our roadtrip. I enjoyed it!😊

I ordered on a day they were closed due to snow, I called and the manager was willing to refund me. However, I just had them make my order. The coffee was ready to go when I arrived and tasted amazing. I highly recommend the cold foam. I ordered cake batter and it was 11/10!!! Also, this is the only place I have ever found sugar free white chocolate!

I dont know if the drive up speaker has a problem or if the communication just sucks or what, but I was talked over at the drive-thru, corrected my own order 3 times (including when I paid bc it was still wrong) and then they were rude when handing off the drink, which was horrible--the espresso shots taste burnt. Are there just a bunch of teenage girls with bad attitudes working here or something? Because consistently that is how it feels. This has happened a few times, today was the worst with the attitudes. I started going here again (after a terrible experience years ago when they first opened) when I discovered that their cold brew was better than Grabajava's, but that's where the positive ended. Clearly. At least Grabajava has nice employees. Moxo's coffee is consistent and better, although Springfield generally has "nurse coffee," and not good coffee. I will not be back to Hae's.

July 6, 2025 - (4.5 ⭐'s) My first visit to Hae's Bakery & Coffee Shoppe. Overall it was a pleasing experience. My wife and I agreed our food was quite good. We shared a breakfast burrito and a egg/cheese/cheese breakfast sandwich on wheat. The staff was friendly. Our order was quickly prepared and delivered. The food was the right temperature. My cortado was decent, but a little too dark. I suspect the beans had been roasted some time ago. I look forward to a return visit. I want to try the red eye and London Fog tea. 4.5 ⭐'s.
