Crema's Take

Forno E Mercato is an authentic Italian spot where wood-fired focaccia sandwiches and fresh flatbreads steal the show, paired with thoughtfully made traditional coffee drinks in a spacious, colorful dining room built for lingering. The owners clearly care about quality—from the housemade pastries to the genuine Italian ingredients—making it worth the drive and the slightly elevated prices if you're craving something real and satisfying.

We arrived, and out came a fresh flatbread of pesto deliciousness— I don’t eat red meat but I tried the edges of the flatbread slices without the mortadella, because it just looked too good: and it did not disappoint. A veggie version of it (everything minus the mortadella) would be amazing. But my mortadella-loving partner wouldn’t have it any other way. It was packed but we waited and made the most of it. We had a delightful time, having a little Italian Sunday brunch. Yum.

Just had lunch here .... Excellent! Will go back for sure as long as my budget permits! A little pricey, but very authentic Italian food and lovely atmosphere...blond lady behind the counter was very sweet & accommodating 👍

The food was great, they offer a good variety of pizzas and sandwiches. Honestly the best focaccia sandwiches I have had in the area. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. We waited behind the people being attended for quite a while, and somehow people who arrived after us were served first, almost like a “pick and serve” system with no order. When it was finally our turn, they could hear us perfectly until the moment we started placing the order, and suddenly they “couldn’t understand” what we wanted. Since there are no labels on the pizzas, you have to ask what each slice is, and that would be fine if the staff weren’t rude about it. The girls at the counter had a very dismissive and uncomfortable attitude. I ended up not ordering additional items because the interaction felt uncomfortable. They also had a good display of cookies and pastries which looked really great. Overall, I definitely recommend their food, but the service needs improvement.

First of all I like to support local businesses and will keep doing specially when they open new ventures like this one. First if you use Waze to get there, its in a plaza and the pin is not dropped at the right location. Just keep driving you will find it. Nice and welcoming staff. However pastries on the counter looked very sad ....and old not anything I would go for it. I was there for a take out. Got a pinsa that was cold in the counter not looking that apetizing at all. The staff person seemed surprised when I asked it to be heated. Price is good for what you get ,nothing special a huge hard slice of dough. Quite tasteless for a tomato, mozzarella. They have a lot of competition as we have at least 2-3 other places locally that serve pinsa's and piega's. Just google and go there for the real deal.
