Absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with friendly, family-run vibes and a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Their rolled ice cream, made-to-order taiyaki, boba drinks, and soft serve are all top notch — rich in flavor, beautifully made, and never too sweet. Watching them prepare the treats is part of the experience, and every visit feels special. They also do an amazing job with coffee drinks and have options like oat milk available. This is hands-down one of Durham’s best dessert shops — worth a visit for families, date night, or anytime you’re craving something sweet!

Tried a bunch of taiyaki flavors - custard: decent, would've liked more filling - nutella: favorite - Oreo cream cheese: very heavy on cream cheese - blueberry cream cheese: least favorite - red bean: okay, but I don't like red bean anyways so Overall I think if you have a flavor you like, you can't go wrong with it. Good price. Don't recommend the kashmiri chai.

WOW!! What a find! We were looking for a coffee spot we didn't know we found the best one! My husband got an Americano and I got the Mocha, some soft serve with mini m&M's and a taiyaki. Everything was amazing!! The staff was helpful and answered all of our/MY questions.

They have the best boba, ice cream rolls, and fresh made taiyaki! Our kids favorite place to go for sweet treats. Watching them make the items is a great “show to watch”. We also love the efficiently & friendly service!

Great tasting BoBoa drinks, rolled ice cream, tayaki. Everything house made fresh upon order. Friendly staff and family business. The coffee ice cream is freshly pulled espresso shot mixed with cream. And the drinks you can replace cow milk with oat milk too. We haven’t tried the soft serve but I’m sure they are good too. Many flavors to choose from.
