Crema's Take

This hidden gem blends authentic Vietnamese noodle craft with a charming café atmosphere, where hand-pulled noodles and braised beef shine alongside unexpectedly excellent milk teas and matcha drinks. The counter service feels genuinely warm and helpful, and the space itself is clean and inviting—making it equally suited for a quick grab or a leisurely sit with family and friends. While portions could be more generous for the price and broths occasionally need more depth, the quality and authenticity keep regulars coming back for different dishes each time.

Good teas, average taste, poor portion for that price. But overall good for occasional consumption 🙂 by the way the Hong Kong style wontons need more shrimps and watch the freshness temperature😗

This place is so eclectic and serves wonderful cuisine. I had the braised Beef with chicken skewers and Thi milk tea with all the gel goodies in it! The Beef was very tender and full of flavor. They had a bar to add all the spices stuff and cilantro you want. The place was decorated with lots of floral. It made me feel as if I were dining in a garden. I highly recommend Big Boss Noodles and Tea!

Nice little noodle spot by Super Cao Nguyen. We tried the rice and hand pulled noodles, and both were pretty good. The broth was tasty but could use a more depth, and the braised beef was good but inconsistent in size and doneness/tenderness. The chicken skewers were amazing and were a great price for the portion size (5 skewers). The atmosphere was clean and cozy, with different styles of seating, which I thought was really cool. I love the idea of the toppings bar, but it is really small and hard to navigate - I could not imagine it if the place would have been any busier. Staff was very friendly and delivered the Ramen as well as a return visit coupon, but otherwise it is self-service so there is not a lot of staff interaction. Couldn't finish the entire bowl and got a to go container, which was tricky to transfer from the large bowl. Overall I would give 3.5 Stars, but Google doesn't let you do it, yet.

This is a gem of a noodle restaurant, with hand pulled noodles, soups, and authentic dishes. The counter service is very friendly and helpful. It's and interesting twist to see the old area of Tay Ho become something new, interesting and delicious. The atmosphere is modern, clean, and relaxed. There is plenty of light and it's a nice place to enjoy a quick meal. There is a condiment bar with multiple chili crisps and oils. The boba and tea selections are great. If you're coming by Super Cao, this is a great place to stop for lunch. Highly recommend.

Hidden Gem. The quality of the food is incredible and authentic. The inside is really pretty and simple café-like. Clean bathrooms and kid friendly. Have come several times and ordered different things and it’s all been delicious, my favorite is the Beef Stew and the Braised beef noodles. The pickled bar is perfect for the soups- come here for comfort food :)
