Crema's Take

Nestled right at the Lani Kai with unobstructed sunset views, Grace's Cafe delivers both exceptional Italian seafood and a full breakfast menu in a charming beachside setting where the service feels genuinely warm and attentive. Whether you're lingering over morning coffee and eggs or settling in for an evening of grouper and shrimp scampi, the sophisticated-yet-relaxed atmosphere makes it equally perfect for a quiet date or a family gathering with friends.

I cannot express in these words how much we enjoyed our experience in this restaurant. Our 2 couples went on Friday night and loved everything so much we went back on Saturday! It's sophisticated, quiet, the staff is amazing, and I'm telling you some of the best Italian dishes we've ever had. If you're tired of fried bar food in FMB, let Grace's staff serve you the best food on the island. Thank me later.

Dinner on Wednesday was delicious! Shrimp Scampi made a believer out of my non Scampi wife. The Grouper Oscar I had was even better. Even the broccoli was great. You know you hit it out of the park when you make the sides so good. Evan was top notch. Helpful friendly and knowledgeable. He even offered to take a sunset picture of us. This is not your father’s Lani Kai. Grace’s should easily become the go to place for fine food, drink and atmosphere for islanders!

My wife and I checked out Grace’s Trattoria during our stay at the Lani Kai and were so glad we did. The service was exceptional. The manager took time to greet us and shared a little history about the restaurant and provided some recommendations. Our server was attentive, while allowing us to enjoy a quiet, romantic experience. We tried the crab bisque (not listed on the menu) and it was amazing! We were also served fresh bread with dipping oil; nothing fancy but delicious. We also had the spaghetti marinara with meatballs, and it too was excellent. Grace’s offers outdoor seating that offers a perfect view for watching sunsets while you dine. We were blessed with a beautiful evening and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

At Lani Kai we saw there was an Italian restaurant where we can sit outside and watch the sunset. The service was outstanding along with all our meals. We love the beach and watching the sunset and now Gracies Trattoria (newly named) which was called Gracies cafe is our new go to Italian resturant when on the beach. The manager Sean is on top of everything. Our waitress was great! I've mentioned it to my friend and we will be back down very soon. Highly recommend.

Breakfast at Grace’s at Lani Kai in Ft Myers’s Beach was delicious! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was a charming beach vibe. It was great to see this iconic hotel back up and running after Hurricane Ian, Helene and Milton.
