Abysmal service. My two drinks sat on the counter with zero call out of the number. What is the point of having a number if you don’t call it. It sat up there so long there was no ice in the drink. She literally asked if it was less ice. No, it was regular ice. I won’t be back. Considering it was your one year anniversary I don’t expect you will have a second one with your attitude and self righteous behavior. Being busy doesn’t give you the right to be derelict in your job. If you don’t know the definition of that then go look it up. 👍🏻

I recently stopped by Sharetea Lacey and ordered their Halo-Halo milk tea, and to keep it straight the point, it was fantastic! The drink was rich, creamy, and loaded with a ton of toppings each w/ different flavors and textures that made every sip different each time! Tastes just like a dessert and a drink in one — flavorful, slightly sweet, and very refreshing. And if you’re Asian, then you know “Not too sweet” is the biggest compliment you can receive when it comes to desserts. It was the perfect balance. 🤌🏽 The staff working were also super friendly and knowledgeable! Five stars on that alone! I initially had a dilemma, and couldn’t decided what I wanted. I told them what flavors I liked, and they gave me recommendations on what to order suiting my palate. I’m glad I took their advice bc I think I might’ve found my new favorite drink. The service was quick, and this location was clean and cozy. This made my first visit a very enjoyable one. I’ll definitely be back!

This is my go to study spot in the Lacey, WA area! This place is always well maintained and clean. I love that you can customize your drinks ice and sweetness level and that there is something for everyone. My favorites are the classic black milk tea, taro ice blended with pudding and the strawberry ice blended with ice cream. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a sweet treat or a place to hangout with friends/family.

Clean space. Bright natural light. Kind staff. Cozy drinks and snacks. The 5th star is for their wheelchair accessible layout and a unisex bathroom! I will be back, probably with my work stuff to spend some time. Awesome spot.

Had a great experience at this store. I have quite a few dietary restrictions right now, and Lauryn & Evelyn were above and beyond helpful in giving ingredient info, sharing substitution ideas, and ultimately finding me a drink I could safely order. Thanks so much! 🙏🏻 My classic black milk tea was yummy, the store was clean with plenty of seating, and they even had little snacks you could buy to pair with your tea. Highly recommend this ShareTea location! ☺️
