Koffi Rancho Mirage

Coffee is great. To go cups are very flimsy. Literally split in half when I picked it up and spilled all over me and the car. If you’re going to go - go to the Palm Springs location - atmosphere there is awesome.

Great coffee shop with fantastic coffee, food and service. Little things make a big difference - like asking if I want my gluten free scone warmed up and whisking my own powder into my latte. Highly recommend!

A Hidden Gem with Room to Grow I stopped by this spot on a whim one afternoon, and I have to say — my first visit was impressive. The service was absolutely impeccable: attentive, friendly, and fast. It felt like one of those rare dining experiences where everything just clicks. That alone was enough to bring me back for another round. On subsequent visits, however, the service wasn’t quite as polished. While the staff remained courteous, the attentiveness and consistency weren’t quite at the same level as that stellar first impression. That said, food and drinks still arrived quickly, even during busier times. Speaking of drinks — they’re worth trying, especially if you're looking for something refreshing to enjoy on the spacious patio. While I found them enjoyable overall, the consistency varied a bit from visit to visit. One day the cocktail was perfectly balanced, the next it leaned a little heavy on one ingredient. Still, nothing was ever bad — just a little hit or miss. One big plus is the convenience: there's plenty of parking, which is rare and appreciated, and the outdoor seating area is a great spot to relax, especially on a nice day. Inside, the vibe is lively — it can get a bit crowded and noisy, but that energy is part of the charm if you're in the mood for a bustling atmosphere. Overall, this place shows real promise. It’s got the bones of a local favorite: great drinks, fast service, and an inviting space. With a little more consistency, especially in service and drink prep, it could easily become a go-to staple for locals and visitors alike.

Koffi = great coffee! This place was busy! And they are fast and efficient at getting orders in and out. Had a pastry to go with the coffee and it was fresh, flaky and delicious. As with most places they have milk alternatives including almond and oat milk. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating if you want to stick around. Staff were friendly, even with having to deal with a long line of people. They make you feel well taken care of, even if just grabbing a cup to go. 100% would go back.

Banana walnut muffin was one of the best I’ve ever had! For drinks the cinnamon vanilla cold brew was great! The mocha freeze wasn’t the traditional taste we are used to but it was still good. Staff was really nice and the cafe was very clean!
