Crema's Take
“Nestled in Tiffany Plaza, Zen Coffee Company has cultivated a genuinely welcoming atmosphere where the cozy, aesthetically beautiful space invites you to linger with friends or settle in with your laptop. Their creative signature drinks like the Butter Beer Latte and coffee flights showcase ambition beyond typical cafe fare, and the pastry selection including peanut butter banana toast and scones pairs perfectly with their fresh espresso drinks. While some regulars note occasional inconsistencies with standard orders, the consistently warm and helpful team keeps this spot feeling like a true neighborhood favorite for those seeking something more intentional than your average coffee run.”

I think this may be my new favorite local coffee place in Omaha. The moment I walked in it was cozy and comforting. The team here is so beyond nice and the food / coffee is beyond tasty. I’ll definitely be back
Was a great experience having their coffee flight. Also have tried the peanut butter banana toast and scones. So delicious! Great place to talk with friends😀
We usually love going to Zen, however I have stopped going as much due to inconsistency in iced lattes. That’s typically all we get. I love that you guys use fresh espresso in your drinks, but what I think might be happening, is the barista is using: Flavor, ice, milk, then pouring the espresso ontop which then makes the drink too warm, melts the ice, and waters down the drink. If they poured the espresso/flavor first and then milk, it would cool down the espresso quicker without diluting the drink. Then add the ice and now you have a full iced latte that isn’t diluted nor is it hot and the ice is melted. Just my thoughts here. We love the tiramisu latte normally, but it sucks paying 7-8 bucks plus tip when you can’t enjoy your latte and it’s watered down and the ice all melted. Also last year I loved the hidden Christmas latte with the Christmas tree. I think it was red velvet? Anyways, I hope this doesn’t come across as hate. Not my intentions at all. Just want to give some feedback. I’d love to continue supporting zen!
Hello, i live really close to this zen so i pretty much have this as my go too. I love the atmosphere and what zen stands for as well as the aesthetics. I am dissapointed in the coffee tho. I think zen has good quality products. Its the baristas. I work at a local coffee shop. When i go to zen i ask for my coffee SHAKEN its just bc too much milk makes me bloated. Now when i went tn mine and my boyfriends coffee was in fact not shaken. I watched the man working when he was making the drink and he did not shake it. Idk i was just dissapointed cause it felt lazy. The way the company handled this was amazing!! Thank you so much! I have actually put in an application before but i believe it got lost, your location is amazing!!
I tried their Butter beer latte for the first time, it was good, it tasted more like caramel latte. The servers were very kind and helpful. Absolutely best service. The interior was huge and beautiful too. I wish i had bought the Dubai chocolate latte. I will definitely come back for that.
