Laika Cheesecake & Espresso

Imagine finding something special on Unicorn Ave (Go figure!) Laika has everything I love cheesecake and espresso, both in just the right size. And for the quality of the products, the price is worth every bite or sip. I purchased a variety as I had a hard time choosing. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. As for the shop, if you decide to dine in, the size was quaint. Not to be greedy I ONLY chose a 6-pack and a Milky Way slice. This way I have to go back for the others I didn't choose. And I can't wait Everything I chose was DELICIOUS!!

I tried the TOFFEE TURTLE Cheesecake, served in a Cute Jar. It was delicious. I'm a New Yorker we know our Cheesecake, it was fabulous. I also tried a LAIKA MACCHIATO it was wonderful, very refreshing. Customer Service was Fabulous by Katie and Alex, very friendly and helpful.

Laika in New Braunfels is renowned for its exquisite cheesecakes and expertly crafted espresso drinks, set amidst a chic atmosphere and attended by a welcoming staff. If you haven't had the chance to visit, it's highly recommended that you do.

Honestly we were expecting a little more from a cheesecake and coffee place The best thing I got was the Picnic in the Park cheesecake. Had a tart blueberry flavor and a nice toasty marshmallow The cookies and cream frappe was 0/10. Kinda just tasted flavorless with little crumbles in it We went in off hours since we had a young baby with us. The staff didn’t really talk to us much and we said it was our first time and just said okay without really helping us. Kinda just gave a blank stare haha The inside was decorated and was kinda fun looking.

Fun place to meet friends, co-workers, or to take the family. They offer a range of cheesecakes including gluten and sugar free. Very pretty desserts!! Even the bathroom is super fun!
