Crema's Take

Tucked into a charming red cabin just off the main drag, this spot punches way above its weight with knockout breakfast burritos, carnitas tacos that justify a six-hour drive from Denver, and ham and cheese croissants that locals genuinely rave about. The vibe shifts seamlessly from quick coffee grab to leisurely sit-down, with a gorgeous outdoor space perfect for lingering before heading to the gondola or settling in with a pastry and the mountain views. Fair warning: skip the lemon blueberry bread and head straight for the chocolate chunk brownies, chorizo breakfast burrito, and anything else their talented kitchen decides to put out that day.

Skip the lemon blueberry bread. Chocolate chip cookie is okay. Chocolate chunk brownie is perfection

OMG, THE CARNITA TACOS with cheese was legit the BOMB! 💣 We went for Valentine's Day all the way from Denver and it was soooooo worth the 6.5 hour drive! Thank you to our girl at the window for excellent customer service and to the chef/cook for your amazing skills...MMMMMMUUAAHHHHH!😋😋💝

Fabulous bakery in Telluride! The ham and cheese croissant is to die for!! The cookies and other baked goods are good as well. It is a great spot to stop in on your way over to the gondola or around town. Highly recommend!

The outside looks gorgeous. Little red cabin on a side road. We assumed it was just bakery and some small plates. We were wrong in the best way possible. The inside is quaint in the way your hometown's panadería is. Feels local and warm. Relaxed. We ordered pasta, a soup, tacos and a couple drinks. We were a little taken aback by the prices but it seemed logical having to compete with Mountain Village and being this far away from a city. The food looked amazing even from afar. The soup was so good, the tacos tasted authentic and the pasta!! I always say it's a 50-50 on wether you get good pasta from a non-pasta place. We hit the good odds. The pasta was amazing and the grilled chicken on it was juicy. All in all, great experience, friendly and helpful staff. 10/10 recommend stopping by the little red cabin.

Baked in Telluride is delicious. We went for breakfast and they had it all. Chorizo breakfast burrito was really good. We tried a few of the pastries and they were excellent. The dining area isn’t huge so I’d recommend going early. Good coffee as well!
