I've been going to Kochi multiple times a week for the last three years. They have the best breakfast pastries and I have loved every drink I've tried. This place is obviously a neighborhood favorite, and it's not hard to see why. Get a bacon quiche and an iced lavender latte. Thank me later.
So, I just ate the best cookie I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve worked with a lot of talented pastry chefs and whomever made the London Fog cookie at Kochi has some witchcraft going on. I ate it after heating it up for 21 seconds. And forgot to take a photo. So here’s a photo of the bag. Service was great and the vibe was full and happy. Sat in the 70 degree new winter sunshine on the patio too. Thank you!!!
Nice spot to enjoy a cup of tea. The iced matcha latte was excellent. However the regular chai was not as spicy as I'd expect. They also have a spicy chai which you should order if that's what you prefer. The chocolate bread was outstanding...not overly sweet and perfect with a hot beverage. The sweet pistachio croissants is good. The only disappointment was the leek croissant which was in a pop tart shape. Filling was really tasty but some of the top was underdone. It didn't look completely browned on top so I should have known better.
Beautiful little locally owned coffee shop right on 8th. Cute and trendy area with several other coffee shops but I can say with certainty that this is the best one in the neighborhood.
This place is definitely for tea aficionados. Lots of milk tea and herbal tea options to try along with pastry. Drinks tried: Spicy chai and Mocha. Served hot and tasted amazing. Loved the overall ambience. I had an outstanding spinach and feta croissant. One can also try their loose herbal tea options. The prices are a little costly but definitely a good place to try tea options and coffee.
