Crema's Take
“Tucked inside a Gatlinburg laundromat, this espresso-focused spot surprises visitors with genuinely solid coffee and a charmingly retro aesthetic, complete with high-end machinery that feels intentionally incongruous with its humble setting. The baristas craft both comforting classics and creative specialty drinks with care, making it worth seeking out even if the posted hours are a bit of a mystery—locals and road-trippers alike keep coming back for the welcoming vibe and that delightful laundromat-café juxtaposition that makes the place feel like a genuine hidden gem.”

First off, the coffee hours are not posted and I have suggested several times. Definitely has a low budget vibe. Easy to come and go as you please. Signs all over the place what NOT to do but they dont even have paper towels for your hands in the restroom. They have a sign to tell you to hand up the towel though (make zero sense). Watch your step inside and out uneven ground to walk on different layers of tile to step on or over. This place had a ton of potential but it just seems like the owners have the "not broke, don't fix it" vibe. The restrooms are used by the homeless from time to time so if you need to sit or sshh...it then bring a toilet seat cover. The staff that I have met seem very nice and friendly. Remember they are human to and need to be forgiven if you meet them and their attitudes aren't to your liking. I have noticed in the "mountain life style" people are normally very friendly if you are friendly first and sometimes second🤣 The best part about this laundry matt is the home town feeling from the locals that actually do their laundry here.
Very cute coffee shop situated in a laundromat! We stopped by on a roadtrip and it was precious. We loved the ambiance. I got a vanilla latte with caramel drizzle and it was delicious. Would highly recommend!
I was surprised and delighted by this place! I needed coffee for my long drive home and this place was open on Easter!! They had unique specialty drinks and your more classic stuff. The retro vibe is cute too.
A hidden gem of a cafe inside a laundromat. Legit coffee machinery, high end espresso machines, all big and shiny. The style is chic and lovely, especially with the juxtaposition of the laundry machines right next to it, I loved it. My husband gave me a look and said “good luck” when he pulled over for me, but I had driven through the night and was desperate. So happy I stopped in. I got a Lavender Latte and my husband got an iced mocha. Both were DELISH!! Coming back.
I was staying in Cosby for the weekend when I stumbled on this place. Didn’t think I’d find good coffee in the area but the espresso is solid! I thought the laundry mat/coffee combo was charming as well. Barista was super kind & friendly.
