Got my Jovi yesterday. Bought 4 samples. Columbia Supreme, Honduras, Kenya and Mexico. All medium. Had my first this morning, Columbia. Using French press. 3 small spoons. I typically use dark roast so will use 4 spoons next time . Excellent coffee. Great after taste. Smooth. Will definitely be back. Jovi is highly recommended. Great service as well.

The absolute best coffee I have ever had! I discovered this place through yelp randomly. I have purchased the Colombia beans 3 times in the last month. The quality of these coffee beans is truly unmatched.

Had a cool experience at JoVi. Really liked their vibe and they have a lot of offerings for a relatively small roaster. I left with their Ethiopian and I definitely get the tasting notes listed. I hope they continue to grow and add a few different things as they continue to grow. In the future I would like them to have a few different roast levels offered, as well as a full tasting room. I think that a lot of modern coffee enthusiasts are looking for light roast offerings and the ability to taste different coffees in house helps you make sure you are bringing the right bag home. As far as their website I would also love from them to offer more than a 12oz bag. Typically I order 1-2 pounds when I have found a coffee that I love. I don't want this review to sound critical because it is really just nitpicking for a place I believe will have a bright future.
