Common Ground Coffee and Market

Crema's Take
“This espresso-focused spot in downtown Boise has mastered the art of being a genuinely welcoming third place, where the expertly crafted coffee (reviewers rave specifically about their Salty Gal) pairs perfectly with the cozy, bright atmosphere and thoughtful touches like a dedicated kids' corner. The team clearly loves what they do, and it shows in both the rich, flavorful drinks and the kind of unhurried service that makes you want to linger with your laptop or meet a friend for a real conversation. Between the specialty espresso drinks, fresh local market items, and the palpable sense of care that reviewers describe as having genuinely good vibes, this is the kind of place that restores your faith in coffee shops.”

Best coffee shop in all the land, run by the best humans, immaculate vibes, tasty drinks and food, a legit dream come true and such a sweet, bright haven on the face of this wild planet!
I love coming here. Their coffee is divine & that means a lot coming from someone who truly prefers her own lattes over any coffee shop. A few of my favorite things about this shop is that they carry so many local goodies which include: pastries/bread from Gaston’s, burritos from Poppyseed Bakery, coffee beans from Ironside Roasting Co & SO much more. I love the atmosphere. I feel like you can truly be yourself here. I’ve come in & seen people knitting, playing cards, having book clubs, it’s so beautiful. & if you take a second to look around you’ll see beautiful little touches added throughout. The piano dedicated to good friends, a flag honoring a loved veteran, to local art being displayed, not to mention a community pantry for those that may need it. The comedic touches are golden, ie the coaster. Everything is beautiful & I truly hope nothing but growing success for Common Ground ✨
The atmosphere is cozy, welcoming, and perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or grabbing some fresh, local products. The coffee is rich, flavorful, and expertly brewed, and the market offers a fantastic selection of high-quality items. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about creating a great experience for every customer.
I met a colleague for a quick chat, plenty of places to work, the noise level wasn't excessive. I love that there's a little corner for kids and families. Even a sign out front with a full list of activities this week! It's clear that they work hard to be part of the community and bring the community in. Love that! I ordered a foothills fog which is their version of a London fog. They were able to customize the milk and sweetness level for me, delicious. This is one of my go-to spots when I'm trying to get a little bit of work done.
Wow! We stopped by here on our cross country move. The salty gal is probably the best coffee I've ever had!! Everyone was super friendly and helpful and it was the perfect boost for the long drive! Highly recommend this place if you're in Boise.
