Crema's Take

Tucked away near Ithaca Commons, this vibrant spot combines genuine hospitality with serious espresso craftsmanship, drawing regulars who genuinely want to linger in its eclectic, art-filled space. The owner and staff clearly care deeply about both their craft and their community, creating an unexpectedly cozy refuge that punches above its modest storefront presence. It's the kind of place where you'll find thoughtful regulars meeting friends and laptop workers feeling genuinely welcomed rather than tolerated.

My friends came in from Binghamton to meet at this place about a week ago or so and they were closed but the hours on the door and online said they were open. I called and got an answering machine to find out when they were open. I never got a call back. Good way to lose several customers at once for life.

Only coffee shop open around the Ithaca Commons on the Friday morning after Thanksgiving. Second time at Rosie’s and Botha times the service was exceptional and coffee really good. The atmosphere is what makes this place with lots of eclectic art and coffee cups for sale.

This cute little cafe deserves so much more recognition! The owner and all the workers put in a lot of time and care and effort into treating the customers, and doing their job! Everyone is so sweet, and i love the message the cafe sends. The atmosphere is so cute and retro, and there is a little lounge in the back for people to chill as well. I will be coming back!

Bright, bold, and a visually vibrant coffee shop that’s easy to miss from outside. The eclectic decor ranges from painted coffee art to a full wall proclaiming “AWARENESS,” giving it a quirky yet intentional vibe. The iced latte was very creamy—maybe a bit too creamy for my taste. But overall a pleasant drink.

Rosie's cafe & parlor is so quaint and inviting. Wonderful staff serve you exactly what you ask for. I just want to stay all day. I love how colorful the place is and it's always so clean and bright. They even have a community room with a large variety of games to play that make it very family friendly ... and who doesn't love ice cream all year round? You have to check it out for yourself!!
