I am so grateful to have Angelfood as neighborhood spot. Their cold brew is my favorite in the area and they offer a discount if you bring your own *CLEAN* mug (I asked once and yes, people try to use dirty mugs). I also love the savory scones and the everything pretzel too! Hot tip: The macaron ice cream sandwiches at Frio Frio in the back part of the store are the best ice cream sandwiches I’ve ever had in my life. I introduced some cyclist friends to them, and they now they stop to get one every time they bike by in the summer. Such a neighborhood treasure.
Was down two doors for dinner amd decided to come try this for dessert!!I was so excited to try the Boston cream cupcake it was beautifully decorated but lacked flavor for me!!!The was only a small amount of Bavarian cream which would have been better had there been more!!I also ordered the blueberry crumb donut amd the seasonal pumpkin spice donut!! My Daughter ordered the fruity pebbles donut and she really liked it!!!Really cute shop ,they have all kinds of cute novelty items for sale...Just a little underwhelmed for me !!!
I very rarely give five stars across the board for everything. But this place was wonderful. The food was good and priced appropriately. The service staff bright and engaging. And the atmosphere was just fun. And I do like that. There were all types of people welcome here. That made everyone feel included. When we were there, they were young and old, gay and straight, and everybody in between all getting along, enjoying delicious coffee and ice cream.
Angel Food Bakery is a wonderful neighborhood gem. Everything is excellent, with a wide variety of donuts, scones and gourmet cupcakes. Today I got four cupcakes to go. Watch the attach video with the cupcake descriptions. Highly recommend
We chose Angel Food Bakery for our wedding desserts, including cookies, cupcakes, and donuts, and they were a huge hit with our guests. We received many compliments, and several guests went back for seconds and thirds. In addition to the amazing desserts, working with Angel Food Bakery was very smooth. We were able to easily place our order and schedule delivery online, and their email communication was timely and reliable. I can’t recommend them enough!
