Crema's Take
“Pink House Alchemy is a hidden gem that doubles as both a cozy coffee haven and an artisanal beverage boutique, where they craft their own syrups, shrubs, and bitters in-house to elevate everything from traditional espresso drinks to creative matcha creations. The welcoming hospitality and meticulous attention to detail shine through in every sip—whether you're ordering their signature creative drinks or settling onto the shaded outdoor patio with exceptional pastries—making it the kind of place worth seeking out even if you've driven past it a hundred times. This is destination coffee drinking for those who appreciate the craft behind their cup.”

My friend and I were welcomed with great hospitality! The coffee was great and they have a wide variety of syrups / drink options. We will be back!!
We have had the pleasure of using their syrups and shrubs before so when we realized we were gonna be going through the town they make everything in we knew we had to stop in and we were not disappointed. We had a Christmasy cranberry Mocktail, the Mexican Chile chex mix, & pumpkin butternut latte that were all absolutely amazing! Plus you can sample all there bottled products which is great. On top of all that Morgan and the Barista (whose name escapes me)on shift were super kind and knowledgeable about what else to do while in town. We definitely hope to stop in again if we're ever back in the area.
Nice atmosphere for a cafe, with an outdoor shaded patio. This is also a drinks and cocktails accoutrements boutique, they make their syrups and bitters in house!
If you're like me, you've probably driven by this place a hundred times and didn't know what you were missing. Not only is this a cozy coffee shop with creative drinks and some of the most amazing pastries I've ever had, but they hand make all natural botanical simple syrups! These syrups are awesome for coffee drinks, cooking, baking, and craft cocktails (oh yeah, they are getting a liquor license any day now too). You can sample these amazing syrups to make sure you're getting the right one for your tastes and they sell great little gifts related to cocktails and coffee. Ok, so I had the most amazing pastry here the other day - a pumpkin chocolate Carmelita - 😍. Words don't do it justice, but it is dense, delicious, and pretty addictive! You just need to try it. Then you can move on to the banana walnut scone, the matcha coconut cookie, it the gourmet pop tarts! Whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed. So next time you're driving down College Avenue, don't pass this place by! You can thank me later 😁
I got the red hibiscus tea with honey and it was very flavorful and I enjoyed it. They pay a lot of attention to detail. Nice little place to stop for a dessert, coffee, tea or exotic natural drink.
