Crema's Take

Nestled in Kings Beach with a cozy vintage charm, Happy Tiers is a beloved local spot where the matcha lattes and creative specialty drinks are matched only by their generously portioned avocado toast and exceptional pastries. The spacious, laptop-friendly seating and genuine warmth from the owner and baristas like Christian make this tucked-away café feel like a community gathering place that keeps visitors coming back whenever they're in town. While service can get stretched during busy times, the quality of both their drinks and baked goods—plus that welcoming atmosphere—makes it well worth seeking out.

Really good matcha and latte! Wish it was just a little hotter.

Happy Tiers was our go-to when we stayed in Incline Village. The avocado toast is reasonably priced and it is huge. The baked good and coffee were also delicious. I highly recommend this spot!

Food and lates are amazing. We were fortunate enough to have Christian as our barista and met the owner as well. Will absolutely be coming back, and looking forward to it. So glad to have found this amazing gem in incline! Must come!

Stayed in Incline Village for the week and tried out a local coffee spot. It’s a cozy spot with vintage charm, offering spacious seating and renowned pastries and other baked goods. The staff was friendly and quick with handing out orders. They were bery accommodating especially with getting me a last minute birthday cake, I appreciated that a lot. The cake was great and everyone enjoyed it. I also ordered one of their specialties the Orange latte, it has orange syrup, maple syrup and ginger and it was a good blend and the ginger taste was not overpowering. Loved this spot, will come back when I visit again next year!

Location is tucked away and a little hard to find. The line took a little while and only two people available to serve pastries, make coffee, and take orders and do to go orders. I ordered a drip coffee and it was very bitter, my daughter ordered an iced coffee with some vanilla and she didn’t like it either. For food I ordered two quiches, a coffee cake, a lemon scone, and a chocolate chip cookie. My daughter said the cookie was plain and a little tough. I tried the other pastries and they had no flavor and were very hard. The quiches were good and served warm but everything else was terrible. I was really surprised considering they bake cakes there. I assumed they specialized in sweet treats.
