Crema's Take
“PROOF's espresso roast is genuinely exceptional—rich and balanced enough to shine in a simple cortado or iced latte, which regulars swear by—and the whole operation feels refreshingly unpretentious with affordable prices, genuinely friendly staff, and a calm atmosphere that works equally well for lingering over pastries or getting work done. The understated storefront hides a clean, welcoming space that punches well above its weight for both coffee quality and almond croissants, making it feel less like a trendy cafe and more like the neighborhood spot you'd actually want to become a regular at.”
What to expect
Espresso-focused, good cold brew. A slow-sit, laptop-friendly, outdoor seating spot, good for meetings. Full breakfast and pastries on the menu. Family friendly. Parking available.

Delicious coffee and super friendly staff! Definitely recommend!!
Great atmosphere. Great coffee & pastries. Super friendly staff. But most importantly…affordable!! Really couldn’t ask for more. Happy to say I’ll be a regular here.
Very cool coffee shop on 7th Ave. Had to do a double take because I thought I was going into a random apartment building, but the coffee was great and they had a really good almond croissant. Will definitely be back when i’m in the area again.
Always kind staff, nice calm atmosphere, music is never too loud, and the main reason I come here, the Iced Latte. The espresso roast they use here is just THE best and taste amazing. The cortado is a close second, also incomparable. Please add a little more signage outside!…
