Crema's Take

This Watertown café draws a loyal crowd for its skillfully crafted coffee and thoughtfully prepared Middle Eastern-inspired brunch, with standout dishes like shakshuka and inventive sandwiches that satisfy both vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The warm, unhurried atmosphere makes it a genuine destination for lingering over specialty drinks and pastries, though service can be inconsistent—the best experiences come when you're greeted by staff like Dayana who genuinely anticipate your needs. It's worth the slightly higher prices if you're seeking a welcoming spot to settle in with friends or a good book, rather than just a quick caffeine fix.

The food was delicious, the service was great, and the atmosphere was nice. The dishes came out quickly as well. The prices are a bit on the higher side, but overall it was a good experience.

Overall the place is great and food was good. The service was a bit slow. We came for hot drinks and dessert. They forgot the dessert, so we got it after we almost finished our drinks. They didn't really acknowledge the delay, which was weird to me.

Delicious shakshuka and great sandwiches. I have enjoyed this restaurant thoroughly as both a vegetarian a few years ago, and an omnivore now. I have always found that their coffee a wonderful taste, and their house teas are lovely too (hot and iced). Their avocado toast is a favorite of mine (though to make it a meal I would recommend adding a poached egg or two as the pita is quite small), along with their benedicts. They definitely have something for everyone. This isn’t a big deal at all, however I do want to mention that their milkshake is very light—more of a milk texture which I don’t prefer, but the flavor was rich.

Went here with a group of friends. The food is very aesthetic but the dish that I got (the Shashuka) was okay. This is a nice spot to grab so brunch but if you're looking for lots of flavor, I personally was a bit disappointed. Overall, the ambience was nice and this is a good spot to just catch up with friends.

Dayana U. was an absolute gem during our visit! She was so warm and attentive, truly anticipating our needs without us even having to ask. It felt like she just knew exactly when we needed something. And the food? Absolutely divine! We're already planning our next visit just so we can experience that again. Highly recommend!
